The Cabo Blanco national park at the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula has an amazing story behind its beginning. The once private property was designed and built by a husband and wife who were nature lovers once completed they donated it to Costa Rica for everyone to enjoy.
The 5-hour tour starts at 7 am. Your guides will pick you up at your lodging* and have you at the park in time for the opening. The park offers two loop trails of moderate difficulty, each taking you through diverse terrain. There is plenty of wildlife including two types of monkeys, large wild cats, anteaters, armadillos, coatis, plus a large selection of birds.
The walk is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees and the beach is amazing! There is plenty of animal life for sure. Your professional guides will teach you about everything you see. It is relaxing and educational, perfect for the whole family of all ages in good physical health.
